My fitness adventure kicked off 14 years ago, rooted in the early days and shaped by the competitive spirit of sports back in Irvington, NJ. It was during my time at William Patterson University that I found my groove, driven by an underdog spirit that wouldn’t let me back down.
I found my path as a fitness instructor in my junior year of college, where I developed a unique training blend of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and functional weight training. My goal now is to make sure every session you have with us is not just a workout, but a step forward, with progress you can see and feel.
Life’s thrown its curveballs, like a major Achilles injury that tested my limits. It taught me resilience, the power of never giving up, and how to push through barriers, both physical and mental. That experience didn’t just heal me; it made me a better trainer for you.
